French President Emmanuel Macaron said Sunday that US President Donald Trump's pressure on Iran is ineffective and could lead to a North Korean crisis.
"Trump is following a bad approach," McCron said in a television interview with TV1 on Sunday night. "I told him that this approach is bad enough to see the evolution of the situation with North Korea. , We woke up to see it is a step away from acquiring nuclear weapons. "
"The United States is France's historic ally and the most important partner in the fight against terrorism and in security cooperation," McRoon said. "We share with them many issues, even if we disagree on some issues."
The French president spoke of fighting terrorism in his country, threatening to expel foreigners who do not hold residence and prove their involvement in acts that threaten security in France.
"Recently, many laws have been adopted, because the terrorist threat is on the horizon and we will soon adopt new anti-terrorism laws," said the French president. "The new legislation will regulate migration in France."
