[ltr]In his speech in the festival of the World Peace Day held at the parliament building, he said “There is a historical chance to achieve peace by settling the disputes which can only be done through the partnership and stop killing the Iraqi people.”[/ltr]
[ltr]“The Iraqis have the chance to build a democratic State and spread the concept of peace in the world in general and Iraq in particular,” he concluded.[/ltr]
