Jaafari: Saudi Arabia and Qatar spent imaginary sums to destroy Iraq, Yemen and Libya and support terrorism in Syria

Syria's permanent representative to the United Nations, Bashar al-Jaafari, accused Saudi Arabia and Qatar of spending $ 137 billion to bring terrorism to his country, while confirming that they were spending imaginary sums to destroy Yemen, Iraq and Libya.
