The Yemeni government has cut ties with Qatar on Monday, the official Saba news agency reported.
The government said in a statement that the decision was issued "after the clarification of Qatar's practices and support for extremist groups in Yemen."
She pointed out that Yemen supports the decision taken by the coalition led by Saudi Arabia today to end the participation of Qatar.
Libya also announced that it had cut ties with Qatar.
"Our country has decided to sever its relations with the State of Qatar in solidarity with our brothers in the Kingdom of Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and the Arab Republic of Egypt," said Mohammad al-Dairi, foreign minister in the interim government.
"Qatar's record of repeated and repeated attacks on the dignity of the Libyan people after the February 17 revolution has always angered large segments of the Libyan people," Daiiri said.
Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, the United Arab Emirates and Egypt announced early Monday their severing diplomatic ties with Qatar, asking Qatari diplomats to leave and closing off air, land and sea fields and ports with Doha.
