Russia accuses America of blocking North Korea's peace plan

North Korea has vowed not to launch a new nuclear missile test as part of its peace plan, the foreign ministry said on Monday, accusing the United States of blocking the plan with its maneuvers.
"As of September 15, Pyongyang is committed to implementing the first item of the road map we have developed and has not made new nuclear missile tests," Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Igor Morgolov told a news conference. It is regrettable, however, that the United States does not follow this positive example. "
"Russia has laid out the roadmap to resolve the North Korean crisis, whose ultimate goal is to establish a mechanism for achieving lasting peace in Northeast Asia, as well as resolving the issues of the Korean Peninsula, including the elimination of nuclear weapons," he said.
"He did not receive this document, which was presented to the United States and North Korea rejection. Moscow is discussing separate clauses of the plan with Washington and Pyongyang separately.
