    Speaker of the House of Representatives Dr. Salim Al-Jubouri said that health services are at the forefront of the comprehensive national action promoted by the State, as these services have a positive and tangible impact on the process of development, construction and social stability.
    Al-Jubouri stressed in a speech during his sponsorship of the first conference to develop the strategy of the health system in light of the current challenges, including the transfer of powers, held by the Ministry of Health: "Every Iraqi has the right to health care through its preventive and therapeutic programs, Primary health care, secondary health care and clinical care. " 
    He stressed «the importance of paying attention to solving the legislative problems of medical unions and treatment in a way that makes them ready to take their role in the development of the health sector». 
    The speaker of the House of Representatives called on health workers to seek mechanisms and means that contribute to the provision of medical services to the citizen in a convenient, inexpensive and sophisticated manner. At the same time, he called for the creation of some medical formations such as specialized specialized centers, which have modern equipment. Sons of the people.
    The speaker also called on Japanese companies to participate in the reconstruction of the affected areas, praising Japan's friendly efforts and standing with Iraq in its fight against 
    terrorism. 
    A statement issued by the Office of the Speaker of the Media Parliament, received by the «morning», that Jubouri, when receiving Japanese Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Masahisa Sato, in the presence of the Japanese ambassador to Iraq, «developments in Iraq and the Middle East, and ways to strengthen cooperation between Iraq and Japan at all levels . 
    Jubouri valued "Japan's friendly efforts and its stand with Iraq in its war against terrorism and support of Iraqi humanitarian institutions," pointing out "the importance of the participation of Japanese companies in the reconstruction of the affected areas and to have a remarkable presence in Iraq because of its global reputation."
    During the meeting, they discussed "the importance of bilateral cooperation and the possibility of Iraq benefiting from Japan's long-standing experience and Japan's Renaissance experience and its model in overcoming crises and developing the economy and industry." 
    For his part, Sato reiterated his country's keenness to support Iraq and develop its institutions and open new horizons of economic and trade cooperation. He stressed that Japan seeks to be present in the reconstruction phase of the areas affected by terrorism[/rtl]
