    decided Ministry of Environment and Water and Agriculture Saudi Arabia adopt the establishment of seven dams spread over different provinces of region of Riyadh , as part of the government 's efforts to promote water resources in the Kingdom. 

    The Minister of Environment, Water and Agriculture Abdulrahman bin Abdul Mohsen Al-Fadhli signed the contract for the construction of dams of the tenth group in Riyadh region on Dar Al-Sammar Contracting Company with a budget exceeding 43 million riyals.

    The dam is a dam with a capacity of (95,000 m 3), a dam with a capacity of (93 thousand m 3), Aba Dam dam, Bani Tamim with a capacity of 284 thousand m 3, With a capacity of (1.508 million, five hundred and eight thousand m 3), Dam Al-Khudair with a capacity of (216 thousand m3) and Tarif dam in Al-Quwaiya with a capacity of 80 thousand m3. 

    It is expected that these dams will play a major role in providing water and supporting groundwater resources and providing them for agricultural purposes, which will contribute to the development of the country.[/size]
