Does Iraq participate with Turkey in a military operation against the PKK?

Turkish officials have discussed with their counterparts in Iraq the possibility of conducting joint military operation in the district of Sinjar, west of the northern province of Nineveh, to target the militants of the "PKK".
The Turkish Foreign Minister Mouloud Javishoglu, on his return to his country and the end of his visit to Baghdad recently, during which he met with his Iraqi counterpart Ibrahim Jaafari and Iraqi Prime Minister Haider Abadi, that «Turkey and Iraq are holding talks for a joint operation against the presence of the outlawed Kurdistan Workers Party Sinjar in Iraq, "noting that« this issue is one of the other issues we discussed in Iraq ».
Abadi said during his meeting with the Kuwaiti media delegation that "the Turks have great fears from the PKK organization in northern Iraq," explaining that «Iraq does not support this organization and does not want to take from Iraqi territory as a base for the attack on Turkey».
