[rtl]Turkey again reduced the Euphrates River from Syrian territory, in a new hostile scheme against the Syrian north in conjunction with the battle of Afrin, according to Kurdish media outlets .[/rtl]
[rtl]The news agency "Hawar", that Ankara reduced the level of the Euphrates River to 321 degrees, which is the lowest degree of water levels to generate electricity in the dams.[/rtl]
[rtl]According to the agreement between Syria, Iraq and Turkey on the Euphrates River, Syria has an international right to take its share of the Euphrates water level with an estimated 450 tanks per second (each tank with 5 barrels).
