The Director General of the Department of Employment and Loans in the Ministry, Eng. He added that the work permit issued by the ministry to foreigners is an official document, and the employer in the private sector, mixed and cooperative may not employ any foreigner unless he has a license in accordance with the specific conditions, instructions and controls. He pointed out that the controls of the recruitment of foreign workers require the country's need in light of what Required by the national economy according to the requirements of each province, as well as the support of the security services concerned that there is no security barrier from the work of foreigners in the country.
Abdul Wahid said that the most important controls include informing the investor in a written form that the ministry should be reviewed and provided with information about the recruitment and employment of Iraqi labor at 50 percent of the total number of workers required, as well as providing investors with the letters of approval for recruitment from the residence department in the Ministry of Interior after verifying the actual implementation of the project And grant him the investment license and registration with the labor inspectors and ensure the presence of Iraqi labor.
He pointed out that these controls contribute to the achievement of social security and avoid circumventing the law by bringing foreign workers and avoid selling and leaking them to tourist and service facilities without official control or guarantor agent.[/rtl]
