    The head of the parliamentary security and defense committee, the governor of Zamili, on Saturday described Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan's comments on his intention to enter the Sinjar district as a "pulse" of the Iraqi street.
    The recent threats by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, the possibility of entering Sinjar north of Nineveh, under the pretext of prosecution elements of the Kurdistan Workers Party.
    "What Erdogan is doing in terms of repeating the statements of his troops' entry into Sinjar is a process of taking a pulse for the Iraqi street, in the extent of Baghdad's seriousness to deal with this issue," the head of the security and defense committee in the Iraqi parliament told al-Zamili.
    He added that "Baghdad and Ankara talked during the past days of joint coordination on the issue of the PKK in Sinjar, and the official contacts between the two sides, giving the impression of good coordination between the two sides."
    He said that "Erdogan had announced earlier that his forces carried out a military operation in Sinjar, which did not happen on time, and I do not expect a single military operation in Sinjar without coordination with Baghdad."
    Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan renewed what he called the opening of his country to work with the Iraqi government to end the activities of the Kurdistan Workers' Party in Iraq, returned as "a common function of the two countries."
