    The parliamentary finance of the "light": not publishing the financial budget in the Official Gazette so far due to technical reasons

    A member of the Finance Committee MP Jabbar al-Abadi said that the publication of the financial budget for 2018 in the official newspaper so far is due to technical reasons to the relevant committees in the Ministry of Justice after the request of the Presidency of the Republic to publish them as approved by the Iraqi Constitution.
    "The next two days will witness the publication of the Official Gazette at most until the law becomes effective in all institutions of the Iraqi state," the MP said in a statement to Al-Nour News.
    The deputy said that "the employee became the most affected segments of the process of delaying the publication of the financial budget law after the suspension of promotion and allowances since the beginning of this year in a regrettable by the Ministry of Finance, which must speed up in addressing ministries to launch promotions and issuing administrative orders in this regard.

    Thanks Rocky, I appreciate all the hard work you do.  So now I guess within the next 2 days (Wed/Thurs) ??, this is Iraq after all, leading us into the weekend, Fri/Sat.  I'm wondering who is behind the holdup, the CBI?, the IMF?, something has happened.  The CBI said last Dec. the auctions would end by the end of the first qtr.  The gov. said the budget would be published on Monday with taxes taking effect immediately - the MasterCards are being given out, etc., etc. and on and on and on.  Praying we see this by or on Thursday.  Thanks again Rocky.

    Food for thought. Their first quarter " if they are following the babaloian calander of old started the first day of April"I was told maybe this could be the reason if this is true, please gang does anyone know aboyt this, is it true. GOD BLESS.
