BAGHDAD / Angry citizens on Wednesday launched a massive campaign to remove the banners of the candidate for Anbar province, Ra'ad al-Sulaiman from the sidewalks and buildings in the province.
A source familiar with the "Eye of Iraq News" that "the people in the city of Ramadi launched a large campaign to remove and drop the banners of the candidate Raad Al-Sulaiman of sidewalks and buildings, on the fourth day of the campaign to launch the parliamentary elections scheduled for the 12 of next May."
Some images show citizens ripping and removing billboards for the candidate Sulayman, who was known for his ongoing attacks on the Iraqi army and the popular crowd, as well as for calling for an alliance with a terrorist organization.
Raad Abdul Sattar al-Sulaiman headed in 2014 (during the occupation of a preacher's organization for the province of Nineveh), the so-called "coordinating body for the management of the revolution," where he called the Salman at the time to declare the caliphate and overthrow the government in Baghdad in cooperation with the organization of Daad.
