[ltr]"The volume of gas transportation will rise to more than one billion cubic meters per day and to 400 billion cubic meters per year until 2025," the executive director of the Iranian gas transport company Saeed Tukly said.[/ltr]
[ltr]During the last Iranian year, 224 billion cubic meters of gas have been transported through the Iranian pipeline network, according to plans by 2025. According to plans to 2025, the volume of gas will be increased to one billion and 160 million cubic meters per day.[/ltr]
[ltr]According to forecasts, the volume of gas transportation will increase to 400 billion cubic meters annually, and that access to this volume will be linked to the establishment and operation of the transport network.[/ltr]
[ltr]He pointed out that the volume of gas exported daily to Baghdad reached 14 million cubic meters daily, but the average daily export rate is 8-9 million cubic meters per day, and recently 10 million cubic meters of gas are exported to Baghdad daily. [ltr]He added that the gas station "Shalmge" has secured the amount of gas required for the Basra power station and will enter the gas in Iraqi territory as soon as the Iraqi side.[/ltr]
