BAGHDAD / The legal expert Tariq Harb said on Wednesday that the current government is not considered a caretaker government, but a full-fledged government, pointing out that the term of the current session ends on 1/7/2018 and is currently on vacation but can Hold its sessions for important and urgent reasons.
"Despite the holding of the 2018 parliamentary elections, the current government is not considered a caretaker government, but a full-fledged government," Harb said. "The Constitution stipulates that the government becomes a caretaker government when confidence is withdrawn from it. Only by the House of Representatives and in this case only have a caretaker government. "
