Al-Alusi said in a press statement, "It is no different that Iraq and its people are in great danger as a result of terrorism, and that the biggest terrorists are spoiled and stolen, and the security of punishment and the security of the rule of law, using many masks, including armed gangs disguised as religion."
"After the crime of election fraud and playing in Iraq and the disregard of the people and the state, you now have to declare a state of emergency and quickly amend some members of the government with weak will and replace them with the ability, determination, integrity and faith in democratic values."

The head of the parliamentary bloc of the democratic civil coalition, Mithal al-Alusi, called on Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi to declare a state of emergency and a quick government amendment.
