(Baghdad: Al Furat News) warned former MP Majid al-Gharawi, the intentions of political parties (not called) to strike the political process in Iraq "fully".
Al-Gharawi told Al-Furat News that "the last parliament session on Saturday was prepared for earlier and is supposed to be full quorum because it is scheduled to pass the fourth amendment to the election law, but did not convene and became a consultative session for lack of quorum."
He pointed out that "the reason for the repercussions of the fraud, is not to win most of the members of Parliament and personalities who nominated for the elections," stressing that "any right of any deputy to object by legal means if it has indicators is a legal right and constitutional."
He added that "the purpose of the calls to cancel the elections, is an attempt to hit the political currency and elections through its output, as the appeal of all elections and the end of the parliament to lead to hit the political process," pointing out that "some did not accept the results but it is not in the interest of anyone hit the electoral process "He said.
"There are judicial bodies that receive appeals. In the previous elections, there was more fraud than the current one, but it was not talked about because they were winners, so most of the motives because of the absence of personalities have been sold to the political process."
"We do not want to challenge the whole electoral process and go to the unknown, but to address the problems and observations," he said, adding that "there are deliberate intentions of political parties that want to hit the political process fully because they have not received gains."
He pointed out that "most of the political blocs objected when we demanded the dismissal of the former Electoral Commission," adding that "the areas we have won have no problems or appeals and we are innocent of these charges."
Gharawi said that "
The second deputy speaker of the House of Representatives, Aram Sheikh Mohammed, announced after lifting the session of the House of Representatives deliberative held on Saturday, the end of life and the work of the parliament's current legislative session, directed by the General Secretariat of the House of Representatives to transmit the recommendations of the report of the fact-finding committee to the concerned parties to deal with it formally .
For its part, recommended the parliamentary commission on fact-finding to "take practical measures to open an urgent investigation of incidents and the formation of a parliamentary and government committee to follow up the implementation of recommendations and withdraw from each official and employee involved in the manipulation of the results and trigger an appeal to the public prosecution regarding the burning of warehouses in Rusafa."
The recommendations called on the United Nations to protect the democratic process in Iraq and to refer UNHCR to the investigation and not allow them to exercise their functions and the establishment of surveillance cameras in the centers containing the ballot boxes and conducting a comprehensive counting and screening under the supervision of representatives of political entities and demand the Committee to cancel the results of the elections fully.
And announced the Electoral Commission of judges assigned that it will begin the process of manual counting and sorting on Tuesday next to a number of provinces and the ballot outside.
