[rtl]The Independent High Electoral Commission (IHEC) announced on Monday the completion of manual counting procedures to be followed at polling stations[/rtl]
[rtl]A spokesman for the Commission, Laith Jabr Hamza, in a brief statement received "Trend Press" a copy of it, the Board of Commissioners has completed all procedures related to counting and sorting by hand[/rtl]
[rtl]Hamza added that the Board of Commissioners issued Regulation No. 13 of 2018, which includes procedures to be followed during the process of manual counting and counting in polling stations and stations[/rtl]
