    Alsumaria news/Basrah

    Basra
Governorate Council, called Monday, the Kuwaiti Government not to count
on an Israeli company in processing and installation of advanced
security system to secure its land border with Iraq, saying that
allowing an Israeli company is implementing a project of this kind leads
to strained relations between the two countries.

    Provincial
Council Chief Hassan Franck told the morning for "alsumaria news",
"relations between Iraq and Kuwait have improved lately, it may strain
again if the Kuwaiti Government has contracted with an Israeli company
to implement the project processing and installation of security system
for monitoring suspicious movements on the land boundary between the two
countries," adding that "the Iraqi Government to follow up this issue
seriously and move quickly to persuade Kuwaiti counterpart not to
entrust the project to an Israeli company.

    Franck said that "Iraq
aspires to build good relations with the State of Kuwait," adding that
"many of the world's pedigree can implement projects of this kind, and
there is no need to contract with an Israeli company," adding that
"border issues sensitive to gravity, and Iraq fought many wars as a
    result of border disputes".

It was published just hours before
some Kuwaiti newspapers, including Al-QABAS and politics, news that MP
Faisal al-Duwaisan submitted yesterday, Saud, to the Presidency of the
Council of the nation, a question addressed to first Deputy Prime
Minister and Interior Minister Sheikh Ahmad Hammud Al-Sabah over alleged
by Al-Duwaisan "exposing the State of Kuwait to the risk of spyware, as
well as distort their reputation in the Arab and Islamic worlds."

    According
to a memorandum questioning by the media, who was Al-Duwaisan before
Deputy since 2008, "the Interior Ministry addressed the Central tenders
Committee in the Council of Ministers requesting tender the supply and
installation of invisible underground system to detect targets beyond
the North boundary line 70 km, a lively area in the region that has seen
three wars in three centuries, and has a fourth war", stating that "the
Interior Ministry delegation visited the Corporation (Senstar) Canada,
wholly owned by the Israeli company (MAGAL), based in Tel Aviv to
inspect closely and hardware required for specifications, "dealing with
this company constitutes a flagrant violation of common law No. 21/1982
concerning the province of Israel", the law punishes offenders by
imprisonment with hard labour for a term not less than three years and
    not exceeding 10 years.

Kuwaiti MP pointed out that "website
(Senstar) confirms the implementation of parent company projects for the
army, including the establishment of the separation wall in Palestine",
warning that "Israel has the biggest spying on its allies, namely the
United States, what we thought, what you intend to do in the State of
Kuwait which fall within the scope of the Israeli dream map logo (of thy
land, o Israel from the Nile to the Euphrates), Kuwait, Iraq, Egypt and
Syria and parts of Saudi Arabia is the land that Israel plans to raise
    the flag."
