    In a deep dialogue with the guests and officials of the Center for Political Decision Studies, the director of the center, Haider al-Musawi, revealed the political decision-making center followed by the eighth day on his serious and diligent intention to uncover corruption files in the ministries of the Iraqi state.
    That Iraq's external and internal debts amounted to more 124 billion dollars, pointing out that 40 billion dollars of those debts belong to the neighboring Gulf countries to support the regime of Saddam Hussein in the war on Iran, and those countries did not talk with Baghdad about those funds, and there are 33 Billion dollars to foreign countries and international banking institutions, and 51 billion of them as domestic debt.
    Where Jubouri revealed the reality of oil export and production, and explained: The Kirkuk oil is used to meet the local need only for the difficulty of transport from the fields of Kirkuk, and the local need of 600 thousand barrels per day,
    He hinted that he has files of corruption related to the work of the Ministry of Oil amounts to scandals planned to be disclosed and make efforts with other ministries suffering from the same problem where some foreign workers earn 70 thousand dollars and our youth is unemployed.

    With regard to the collection of funds and taxes, Jabouri said to the Political Decision Center: Most countries in the world rely on their sources of income on taxes and the collection of fees from citizens in return for providing services, but in Iraq we have a problem related to the inability to provide services suited to the country's taxes and duties, Not convinced.

    Jubouri spoke to the decision center on the Finance Committee in parliament, proposing to divide it into two financial committees, and another call it the Committee of Budget and Final Accounts, and mentioned that there is a problem is the inability to audit the final accounts provided by the Office of Financial Supervision
    Because of the pressure of time and problems, and stressed the existence of great disappointment because of the pressure exercised by corrupters who hinder the efforts of detection of money and tools and armies ready for electronic dotting.
    Jubouri expressed his satisfaction with the efforts made to allocate 30% of the collection funds in the provinces to meet their needs of service, while 70% goes to the state treasury.
