    The newspaper Okaz Saudi Arabia, on Saturday, the contents of a memorandum obliging the Iraqi government to regulate the entry of international officials to the country, indicating that this came after the sudden visit of US President Donald Trump to Iraq.

    The newspaper said that "a number of political blocs moved differently from the last two days, and demanded in a memorandum to the House of Representatives to issue a resolution obliging the government to regulate the entry of international officials to the country according to the Iraqi law."

    "This decision should regulate the entry of any civil or military official into Iraqi territory," she said, stressing that "the entry must be the knowledge and consent of the government, and have the right to refuse entry of any person to Iraqi territory."

    "Iraq is a sovereign country," she said, adding that "this came after the sudden visit of US President Donald Trump to Iraq."

    The White House announced Wednesday that US President Donald Trump had arrived on a surprise visit to Iraq, while Trump denied any plans to withdraw his troops from Iraq.

    The visit was greeted by angry reactions from Iraqi politicians, who considered it a violation of Iraqi sovereignty, while they indicated that they will start activating the law to remove US forces from Iraq.

    The Okaz newspaper revealed on Saturday the contents of a memorandum obliging the Iraqi government to regulate the entry of international officials to the country, indicating that this came after the sudden visit of US President Donald Trump to Iraq .
