Shafaq News / The president of the Parliamentary Finance Committee announced on Tuesday, the postponement of the parliamentary session scheduled for today, while noting that he is as waiting for resolving the issue of the budget during 48 hours
.
Haidar al- Abadi said in a conference attended by " Shafaq News " , that " the quorum of today's meeting was not completed because the presidency of the parliament put the budget on the agenda and Kurds came out and quorum was not completed ," noting that “ the parliament speaker, Osama al-Nujafi met today with the heads of blocs and decide to sit specialized committees with the presidency on Thursday
. "
He explained that "the meeting among the heads of blocs , Vice- Prime Minister , the Secretary General of the Council of Ministers and the President of the Supreme Audit Board to discuss the budget ," noting that " the meeting will be on Thursday
."
He added “ We asked to convene a meeting late on Thursday in order to give time for the meeting to achieve its goals ," noting that " protection network law will be voted on after reached advanced stages
