Decisions of the Council of Ministers Session No. 6 in 02/11/2014

Cabinet held its regular sixth in Baghdad (Tuesday, February 11, 2014) under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, issued by the Council and the following decisions:
1 - vacation by the Ministry of Electricity signed a contract for the period from the date of 15-12-2011 until 31-12-2011, and not considered a violation of the law and without prejudice to the necessity of taking into account the laws and regulations in force in those Alacodh concluded in a timely and excluded from the provisions of Article (4 /
b ) of the second section of the Implementing Regulations of the federal budget for the fiscal year 2011 /
2 - continuation of the Cabinet decision No. 73 of 2013 which provides for the Mayati:
A - to approve the signing of project contracts in fiscal year 2013 / projects approved at the Ministry of Planning and obtained the approval of the implementing agency referred to the decision of the President of the contracting party authorized during the financial year / 2012.
B - to approve the signing of contracts necessary complementary to the projects implemented or under implementation.
3 - approving the recommendation of the Committee on Energy on the approval of the minutes of the meeting of the Jordanian side and the Iraqi side about the follow-up implementation of the recommendations of the Supreme Committee of the Iraqi-Jordanian Joint and related to the field of energy and mineral resources, which include a project to extend the pipeline to export Iraqi oil across Jordanian territory and claim the Jordanian side to improve the specifications of the subjects of oil Fuel and crude oil Mordtin them, as well as rebates and adjust prices.
