    Cabinet held its regular fifteenth in Baghdad today (Tuesday, April 15, 2014) under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, and issued by the Council following decisions:
    1 - Approval Mayati:
    1 / the Ministry of Finance to ensure the amount of (100,000,000,000) JD , only a hundred billion dinars as quickly as possible to the Commission for the reconstruction of Anbar in the form of an advance in order to complete the process of compensation and relief and emergency situations.
    2 / is the settlement amount of the advance later in a fundamentalist when issuing the law of the federal budget for the financial year 2014 /.
    2 - Approval Mayati:
    1 / the Ministry of Finance to allocate the amount of $ (35,588,500,000) dinars, only thirty-five billion, five hundred and eighty-eight million five hundred thousand dinars as quickly as possible to the Ministry of Displacement and Migration in the form of an advance, for the purpose of securing the actual needs of each month to the displaced families inside and outside the Anbar province, and the districts of the province Baghdad, which included the displacement of families.
    2 / do the committees formed under the Council of Ministers Resolution No. (163) for the year 2014 the distribution of the amount over the search for displaced families fundamentalists, of (71.177) family, only seventy-one thousand, one hundred and seventy-seven families, and the amount of $ (500,000 ) dinars, only five hundred thousand dinars per family per month.
    3 / amount of the advance shall be settled later in a fundamentalist when issuing the law of the federal budget for the financial year 2014 /.
    3 - to approve the decision of the Energy Committee of figure 46 in containing the approval of 14.04.2014 hauling tender (Epc (253/2011) ZU) on the Korean company (Daewoo) the amount (588 888 803) dollars, with the additional amount of 5% of the design and processing and the construction of Station isolate gas Zubair South.
    4 - to approve the extension of the decision of the Council of Ministers No. (449) for the year 2013 on authorizing the Ministry of Planning authority to increase costs overall transmission and distribution projects and rehabilitation at the Ministry of Electricity of proportion (25%) to the proportion (50%) within the budget allocations and the Ministry of Electricity for the financial year 2014 /.
    5 - approved a draft law regulating the transplantation of human organs and prevent trafficking, the auditor by the State Council, and referred to the House of Representatives, according to the provisions of Articles (61 / item first) and (80 / item II) of the Constitution, taking into consideration the policies included in the book and the Ministry of Health with a number: (d . A.. m / 7/2/888), dated 11/03/2014.
    6 - to approve the granting of the Foundation of the College of Basra University of Science and Technology licenses to establish, according to the provisions of Article (5 / first item) of the universities and colleges No. (13) of 1996, as amended.
    7 - to approve the issuance of Regulation No. () for the year 2014, the system configurations Office of Christian religions and Yazidis and Sabean Mandaean and functions, the auditor by the State Council, according to the provisions of Article (80 / item iii) of the Constitution and Article ( 13 / item first) of the Law Office of Awqaf Christian religions and Yazidis and Sabean Mandaean No. (58) for the year 2012, taking into consideration the opinion of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers.
    8 - Approval Mayati:
    1 / approve the recommendation of the Committee on delisting the central Ministry of Commerce on write-off of material Sugar amount of (149,600), only one hundred and forty nine tons and six hundred kg and a carrying value of $ (115 339 730) dinars, only one hundred and fifteen million, three hundred and thirty-nine thousand seven hundred and thirty dinars belonging to the Ministry of Trade / State Company for Foodstuff Trading.
    2 / approve the recommendation of the Committee on delisting Central in the Ministry of Industry and Minerals, on write off the remaining amount of the amount (27199546) dinars, only twenty-seven million, one hundred and ninety-nine thousand five hundred and forty-six dinars out of the loan due to the liquidation of the company (17) April general (canceled) belonging to the Ministry of Industry and Minerals / company Southern Cement State.According to the text of paragraph (11) of the regulations of (5) for the year 1989 issued to facilitate the implementation of resolution No. (110) of 1989, as amended by Resolution No. (34) for the year 2001.
    9 - Approval Mayati:
    1 / authorize the Minister of Finance Agency, Mr. (fineness Din Muhammad Net) to negotiate and sign a draft agreement on the avoidance of double taxation and prevention of evasion of taxes on income and capital between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the Republic of Armenia, as amended by the State Council, according to the provisions of Article (80 / item VI) of the Constitution .
    / 2 the Foreign Ministry to prepare a document authorization required on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Iraq, Mr. Minister of Finance Agency in accordance with the contexts adopted, and submitted to the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers in order to obtain the signature of the President of the Council of Ministers.
    10 - approved a draft law amending the Law on compulsory insurance of motor vehicle accidents No. (52) for the year 1980, the auditor by the State Council, and referred to the House of Representatives, according to the provisions of Articles (61 / item first) and (80 / item II) of the Constitution, taking into consideration the opinion of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers.
