Justice: Imprisonment of employees later damage to public money exceeded the value of (4.5) billion dinars

announced the Inspector General for the Department of Justice Karim Gazan , Tuesday, for a ruling to imprison employees in one of the real estate registration departments in Baghdad for causing harm to public money worth more than four billion and five hundred million dinars.
Al-Ghazzi said in a statement received by Alsumaria News, a copy of it, "The Office transmitted a file of corruption case caused by the two employees (MMM) and (MSM) and working in a real estate registration department to the Integrity Commission, for exaggerating the value of the property Was mortgaged as collateral for a contract concluded between one of the accused and the General Company for the automotive industry. "
He added that "the defendants determined the value of the property in the record prepared by them with (5.150.000.000) five billion and one hundred and fifty million dinars, and later found that the real value of the property is (102.000.000) one hundred and two million dinars, which is not enough to guarantee the contract Concluded between the beneficiary and the said company ".
He added that "the convicts caused damage to the public money amounted to (4.593.000.000) four billion five hundred and ninety-three million dinars, which generated conviction in the Criminal Court on issues of integrity in the Chamber of convicts, and issued a sentence of imprisonment each of one year, General Company for the Automobile Industry to claim compensation for the damage suffered. "
