    BAGHDAD - The 
    MP of the Fatah Alliance expected Hamdi, Tuesday, to cancel the proposal to consider the proportion of 30% of the highest votes or 70% of the proposed by the National Block and the non-vote on them when the amendment of the Local Councils Law for the current year to vote.
