Two deputies sue the finance minister before the federal court

MP Javad al-Musawi and Anam al-Khuzaie filed a lawsuit against the [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/211/%D9%88%D8%B2%D9%8A%D8%B1 %D8%A7%D9%84%D9%85%D8%A7%D9%84%D9%8A%D8%A9]Minister of Finance[/url] officially before the Federal Court today for the existence of a constitutional breach on the implementation of Article 10 of the General Budget Law.
A parliamentary source said the lawsuit was different from a previous suit filed by the two deputies before the Administrative Court against the[url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/211/%D9%88%D8%B2%D9%8A%D8%B1 %D8%A7%D9%84%D9%85%D8%A7%D9%84%D9%8A%D8%A9]Minister of Finance[/url] over the use of the post.
