    He added that "the Speaker of the House of Representatives does not have the right to prevent or postpone any questioning after completing his legal requirement," noting that "the Speaker of the Parliament is not obliged to scrutinize or examine any questioning except to refer the file to the legal counsel or the legal committee to ensure the validity of legal procedures only."
