| <table border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" width="100%"><tr><td bgcolor="ffffff"> Behalf of the people </td></tr></table>Presidential Council Based on what passed the House of Representatives and approved by the Presidency Council and based on the provisions of sub-section (I) of Article (61) and item (iii) of Article (73) of the Constitution Issued the following law: Law accession of the Republic of Iraq to the Convention The establishment of the International Islamic Trade Finance Article 1 - join the Republic of Iraq to the Convention on the establishment of the International Islamic Trade Finance signed in Kuwait on 13 / Maes / 2006. Article -2 - This law from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. Reasons In order to encourage and trade finance to developing countries and contribute to the support of their efforts in finding investment opportunities and enhance the export capacity and in accordance with the provisions and principles of Islamic Shari'a, and for the purpose of accession to the Convention establishing the International Islamic Trade Finance.
