Al-Hassani explained that "the ministry adopted doctors who hold higher degrees and employ them according to law 59, in addition to the adoption of graduates of the first and second students to find job opportunities for them in accordance with law 67 and by 15%."
Al-Hassani stressed that "the ministry will work to include veterinarians in the state budget for 2020 and the allocation of functional grades to appoint them and strengthen cooperation between the ministry and the union to meet the requests and observations of veterinarians to preserve livestock and attention to this vital sector and support for the national economy."
Al-Hassani pointed out that "the approval of the higher authorities regarding the establishment of associations of veterinarians and the granting of land to them after lifting by the local administrations of each province."
Dozens of veterinarians staged a demonstration in Tahrir Square in central Baghdad on Friday, September 13, demanding the central appointment and obtain their rights.
