Iran's parliament receives the 2020 budget with the lowest oil dependency in its history[/rtl]

International: Al Furat News: Ali Larijani, head of the Islamic Shura Council (parliament) in Iran, received from President Hassan Rouhani today, Sunday, the draft of the new fiscal year starting March 21, 2020.
In a speech to parliamentarians, President Rouhani briefed the general details of the fiscal year budget project and the expected revenues and expenses in it.
According to official data, the size of the general budget is 5638290 trillion riyals (134.2 billion dollars) distributed on public revenues at 4845960 trillion riyals, and the returns of all devices 790 trillion riyals, and banks and private institutions 14830 riyals.
The budget includes the sale of investment assets at 98.80 trillion riyals and financial assets of 1240 trillion riyals, while tax and customs returns are expected at 1950 trillion riyals.
According to the project, the government will offer Islamic bonds at 800 trillion riyals, while the expected sales volume of oil is 980 trillion riyals.
It is mentioned that the head of the Iranian Public Planning and Budget Organization stressed that the general budget project is the least dependent on oil revenues over the country’s economic history, and that its revenues will be allocated exclusively to urban projects.
