, data showed the Central Bank of Iraq to implement sales of foreign currency worth $ 234.65 million in the auction held today, Thursday, compared to last auction sales, amounting to $ 238.51 million.
According to central bank data, the exchange rate was 1190 dinars per dollar, at the auction held with the participation of 30 banks.
The Central Bank stated that the sales carried out by today’s auctions are results of next Wednesday, January 22nd, indicating that the total sales amounted to $ 255.3 million.
He explained that the amount of money sold to enhance bank balances abroad amounted to 234.41 million dollars, while the total cash sold amounted to 240 thousand dollars. Ended 6/29 n
