    Centre for the Iraqi media network (IMN) said the labor and Social
    Affairs Committees of the parliaments with the Finance Committee in
    Parliament, about $ 613 billion dinars, distributed as grants between
    130,000 unemployed.

    He said the Vice-Chairman of the Committee on
    employment and Social Affairs morning Al-Assadi (IMN) that "our
    Committee called the financial counterpart allocation of 2 trillion 700
    billion dinars from the budget to include all unemployed grant social
    protection", indicating that "has been allocated only to include 2
    billion 613 130,000 unemployed."

    "The enactment of social security instead of the social welfare system will reduce unemployment and begging and vagrancy."

    Noting
    that "the Act read the first and second reading in the House of
    representatives is supposed to be voted on early next April before the
    end of the second legislative term of the Council".

    The
    parliamentary Finance Committee announced earlier, agreed with the
    Ministry of labour and Social Affairs to include schools and
    universities with grants.
