Member of the Parliamentary Services and Reconstruction Committee, Alaa Al-Rubaie, called on mobile companies to cancel telecommunications and internet charges for all citizens as a result of the current circumstances or reduce the cost as a minimum.
Al-Rubaie said that the current crisis calls on all to join hands and help the citizens, especially as the current situation may continue for a period longer than expected.
He added that many Iraqis are owners of low-income and the process of standing with them requires the participation of all official and other bodies to cross this ordeal, calling on mobile phone companies to participate in reducing these difficulties and challenges to the citizen by canceling the communication fees or taking symbolic wages that do not increase the burden on the shoulders Citizen. "
