, a member of parliament, Burhan al-Mamouri, Saturday, to hold accountable negligence of mobile phone companies because of poor services, stressing that they are draining funds.
"For more than a decade and a half, mobile networks have continued to provide unstable and unstable services," Mamouri said in a statement received by Mawazine News.
He added that "most citizens in all provinces of the country suffer from poor service provided by mobile networks," pointing out that "drained a lot of money for poor services."
Al-Mamouri explained that "all mobile networks did not live up to the level of ambition," noting that "the poor services were the difficulty of securing communication, interruption of calls and lack of clarity and failure to send messages in addition to the weakness of the Internet."
He continued, " The Communications Authority must assume its responsibility towards the weakness of the Internet and you turn over the poor services of mobile phone companies, calling on them to" accounting of these companies for its depletion of funds. "
He concluded by saying:" our part we will follow up this issue with the concerned authorities , and in particular , the board Communications and media, noting that "parliamentary services will host the stakeholders and hold accountable for the negligent and will review the terms of agreements with mobile phone companies in the event that did not improve their services."
