Al-Salihi said that, in light of the increasing number of people infected with the Coronavirus, the increase in deaths and quarantine operations, and the extension of the curfew, we appeal to the three presidencies to issue [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/145477/%D8%B9%D9%81%D9%88 %D8%AE%D8%A7%D8%B5]a special amnesty[/url] for some civil cases, which are almost simple, with the exception of crimes related to terrorism, drugs and saboteurs of the country's economy, and what the three presidencies see requires an amnesty In particular, we assert that in the event of issuing the amnesty, we will guarantee the exodus of thousands of convicts and detainees.
