Thursday, Prime Minister-designate Mustafa al-Kazimi vowed to form a government that puts the aspirations and demands of Iraqis at the top of its priorities.
Al-Kazimi said in a brief statement that I had seen (the information), that "with my mandate to lead the Iraqi government, I pledge before my honorable people, to work to form a government that puts the aspirations and demands of the Iraqis at the top of its priorities."
Al-Kazemi pledged that his government would work to "safeguard the sovereignty of the country, preserve rights, work to resolve crises, and push the economy forward."
