A political source said today, Friday, that the Shiite political blocs are now meeting with Prime Minister-designate Mustafa Al-Kazemi to discuss the upcoming government cabinet.
The source said in a press statement, "The Shiite blocs started a meeting with the prime minister-designate Mustafa Al-Kazimi, just before, to discuss the government formation, in the presence of most political leaders at the home of the head of the Al-Fateh Alliance, Hadi al-Amiri."
The names of the non-final cabin that Al-Kazemi presented during the meeting with 7 leaders of the Shiite component were published in the media and included the names of candidates for 22 ministries as follows:
The candidate of the Ministry of Planning / Khaled Battal, the candidate of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs / Harith Hassan, the candidate of the Ministry of Higher Education / Ibrahim Bahr al-Ulum, the candidate of the Ministry of Finance / Fouad Hussein, the candidate of the Ministry of Justice / Khaled Shawani, the candidate of the Ministry of Municipalities / Rizan Muhammad, and the candidate of the Ministry of Agriculture / Muhammad Shaya Sudanese, and the Ministry of Oil / Hisham Saleh Dawood, the Ministry of Water Resources / Jassem Muhammad Al-Asadi, the Ministry of Electricity / Adnan Al-Zorfi, the Ministry of Labor / Kazem Al-Sahlani, the Ministry of Culture / Hashem Al-Shadidi, the Ministry of Interior candidate / Muzahim Al-Tamimi, and the Ministry of Education candidate / Muzahem Al-Khayyat and Falah Mahmoud Ahmed to choose one of them.
