Deputy Chairman of the Constitutional Amendments Committee in Parliament Yusef Muhammad and a member of the Legal Committee, Dr. Bahar Mahmoud, revealed today, Monday, that the vote on the amendment of the Federal Court Law was a "big mistake," while they warned against a repetition of the scenario of choosing judges for the Electoral Commission in the court, considering the arrest of activists due to An opinion on social media is a "dangerous precedent" occurring in the country.

It is by a two-thirds majority of the members of the House of Representatives, and from the operative part of this article we understand that any legislation pertaining to the Supreme Federal Court must be by a two-thirds majority of its members, and this is what the Federal Supreme Court went to in its statement of opinion of No. 107 of 2012 upon the previous inquiry of the Parliamentary Legal Committee. And its Resolution No. (38) of 2019.

And they added, "The Change bloc demanded more than once that the vote be by a two-thirds majority, but its opinion was not taken, and this made it refuse to participate in the voting session, expressing their wish to correct this grave mistake because" what is built on falsehood is invalid.

And the scientific level, taking into account the representation of components being a constitutional issue and avoiding quotas.
