[size=15]Representative Arshad Al-Salihi confirmed, on Saturday, that "most of the statements issued by the three presidencies regarding the integrity of the electoral process are questionable, and the administrative changes in the office of the Electoral Commission in Kirkuk are a constitutional violation."[/size]
[size=15]Al-Salihi said in a statement that NRT website received a copy of it today (June 12, 2021), that “most of the statements issued by the three presidencies regarding the integrity of the electoral process are questionable, and unfortunately the administrative changes in the Kirkuk office are a clear constitutional violation, and one of the Kurdish judges was imposed on Chairman of the Board of Commissioners Book of Changes.[/size]
[size=15]He added, "We will submit official complaints and they will reach the relevant authorities, and we hoped the United Nations would be a sponsor of peace by adding sustainable solutions, and the situation extended for two years."[/size]
[size=15]Al-Salihi explained, "The United Nations miscalculated about Kocuk after the last visit, as it marginalized the Arabs and the Turkmen, and established a department for the balance of my components in the commission to maintain community peace and prevent fraud."[/size]
[size=15]He continued, "We fear that fraud will be repeated again due to political pressures being exerted on the commission."[/size]
[size=15]The Turkmen Front and the Arab Council had expressed their rejection of the administrative changes scheduled to be made within the Kirkuk office of the High Electoral Commission, describing them as "unbalanced" and calling for their abolition.[/size]
