On Sunday, the Intelligence Agency of the Iraqi Ministry of Interior issued five special directives to the security forces, regarding the voting process, which is scheduled to start within a few days.
The agency said in a statement that NRT Arabic received a copy of it today (October 3, 2021), details of its directives, "not to leave duty until the end of the voting process."
It also called for "monitoring all loopholes and violations and reporting them immediately, and not interfering in the work of the commission, and being outside the center, not interfering and influencing the voters, in addition to preventing the promotion of candidates."
