The media office of the Ministry of Industry said in a statement, followed by NRT Arabia, (December 28, 2021), that "the Ministry of Industry and Minerals, with its general formations, continues to implement contracts for the supply, installation and operation of electrical stations for the benefit of the Ministry of Electricity in the northern, central and southern regions, and various electric cards," noting that " The Ministry of Electricity has the high capabilities of materials and engineering and technical expertise to rehabilitate secondary stations for power distribution and transmission.”
He added, "The ministry continues to supply the Ministry of Electricity's departments companies with various products that actively contribute to supporting electrical power transmission and distribution networks, including distribution transformers, electrical power of all kinds, electrical receptacles of various measurements of low voltage, secondary stations, electrical control panels, low and medium voltages, as well as improvement systems. Electrical power factor of several types, electrical meters of all kinds (mechanical, electronic, smart and prepaid), power transmission poles, lighting poles, power transmission towers, economic street lighting lamps of various types, and all kinds of kiosk boxes.
