, a representative of the State of Law coalition, Alia Nassif, demanded today, Friday, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, to prevent interference and abuse by any military or civilian authority on the institutions of the judicial authority.
Nassif said in a statement received by Mawazine News, that "the presence of members of a military force by violating the presidency of the Karkh Court of Appeal is unacceptable.
Nassif indicated that "the judicial authority is a red line that cannot be touched by any party, and whoever dares to transgress the judiciary will put himself in the box of violating the law and the constitution," noting that "everyone should support the Iraqi judiciary and adhere to it as the fortress that protects the country and ensures the achievement of justice and prevents chaos and lawlessness.
Nassif stressed "the necessity of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces to investigate this unacceptable case and to prevent its recurrence." Ended 29/A 4
