    A member of the Council of the province of Baghdad, on Friday, that the non-adoption of the budget and the deterioration of the security situation has greatly impacted on the majority of projects in the capital or cause breakup, noting that the projects approved under the Plan 2013 - 2014 has not been implemented, including only a very small part of the non-availability of the necessary funds.
