Shafaq News/ A security source in Nineveh reported, on Monday, that two officials in the Real Estate Registration Department and a third person were arrested in an administrative corruption case.
The source told Shafaq News Agency, "A security force arrested the assistant director-general of the Real Estate Registration Department on the left side of the city of Mosul (Tabu al-Zohour), the accounts officer, and a third person who was not an employee, and took them to investigate with her."
And he indicated that "the arrest was carried out on the basis of a judicial arrest warrant issued by the committee charged with investigating the file of tampering with land and real estate registration papers, which was formed by the Prime Ministry more than a year ago."
Since last year until now, the Integrity Commission has arrested several officials and employees of the Real Estate Registration Department in Mosul because of the manipulation of the priorities of real estate owned by the state and citizens.
