Shafaq News/ An informed political source revealed, on Tuesday, the details of a meeting held at the house of the leader in the coordination framework Ahmed Al-Asadi, which brought together representatives of the Sunni, Shiite and Kurdish political blocs.
The source told Shafaq News Agency, "The meeting, which was held in al-Asadi's house, included (Muhammad Tamim, representing the Sovereignty Alliance), (Muthanna al-Samarrai, representing the Azm Alliance), (two Rikani banks representing the Kurdistan Democratic Party) and (Khaled Shwani). representative of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan).
He added that "this meeting represents the (technical team) that the political forces agreed to form during the second meeting in the government palace, where they discussed the issue of holding early elections, amending the electoral law, as well as making changes in the commission."
The source pointed out that "in the coming days, there will be new meetings of this team, in order to reach an understanding on the important paragraphs that were raised during the meeting."
The meeting decided, in the second dialogue session of all political forces except for the Sadrist movement, which was held in early September, to form a technical team from the various forces to mature common visions and ideas on the roadmap for a national solution, and bring the views closer. In order to reach early elections and achieve their requirements by reviewing the electoral law and reconsidering the commission, the meeting also emphasized the activation of constitutional institutions and entitlements.
