Today, Sunday, Al-Rafidain Bank counted the number of accounts opened for citizens and other categories during last August.
The bank’s media office said in a statement, “The number of accounts opened for citizens and other categories in its branches in Baghdad and the governorates during the month of August amounted to 5989 savings accounts, current accounts in dinars and dollars, and deposit accounts,” explaining that “the number of current accounts that were opened for citizens and other categories last August.” It reached 2,383 current accounts in dinars and dollars, while savings accounts opened to citizens amounted to 3,336 accounts in dinars and dollars, in addition to the number of deposit accounts, which amounted to 270 deposits.
The statement added, "The bank continues to provide its services by opening accounts for citizens wishing to deposit their money in the bank and obtain interest according to the conditions and controls established, and the bank's customers can visit its branches in Baghdad and the provinces to see them."
