Kaabi is the beginning of the formation of the Standing Committees for the start of the work of Parliament and legislative oversight

Tomorrow's Press / Baghdad: Counting MP for Reform Movement, Tawfiq al-Kaabi, Sunday, that the formation of the Standing Committees are no less important for the formation of ministries, pointing out that the beginning of the formation for the start of the work of Parliament and legislative oversight.
Kaabi said for "tomorrow Press", "The formation of the Standing Committees are no less important for the formation of ministries, because they are the primary column for the exercise of the work of the parliament and the activation of the legislative and regulatory side," noting that "different affiliations heads of parliamentary committees ensures the transparency of surveillance."
He added that "the completion of the formation of the standing committees are beginning to move towards important laws."
And the failure of the House of Representatives, last Monday, to vote on the standing committees during its tenth meeting of the first legislative term of the first legislative year, while decided to submit to the second of next September.
