    What reinforces this conviction is the state of chaos that prevailed in the process of rebuilding the political process in the country, and the great corruption that accompanied the reconstruction operations, whether those that were under the auspices of the civil governor “Paul Bremer” or that were the reason for the survival of the organized corruption operations that accompanied The formation of successive governments, and the accompanying laws and jurisprudence of Bremer, which was one of the most important reasons for the survival of organized theft and donation of public money from senior politicians who assumed the leadership of Iraq, until the situation reached the point that most of the regional and international banks operate with Iraqi money smuggled to it.
    In 2003, the World Bank estimated Iraq's GDP at about $21.9 billion, while the GDP in 2021 reached nearly $208 billion. Thus, standards for life in Iraq have increased and diversified, despite the blows that were dealt to the political system after 2003, and what It is similar to the corruption operations that affected all state institutions, but there is a good democratic transition and competitive elections, not as they were promoted before 2003, and the result in them is settled.
    The most surprising thing is that despite Washington's conviction that Iraq has become subordinate to Tehran and operates under its banner and decisions, especially after the withdrawal of American forces in 2011 by order of US President Barack Obama, but at the same time we did not see or touch this influence in the stages of forming any government. Rather, there is tangible support in any government that is formed and a political stance that rejects any divisions within Iraq that cause security deterioration and instability in the internal street.
    Mr. Al-Sudani has proven that he is not Iran's hand in Iraq, and he has a political position and an independent decision from any regional or international position, and Iraq should be an independent country far from interference that harms its components the most, which strengthens the element of trust between them, despite his nomination by the coordination framework Close to Tehran, but it shows a state of balance between what serves the interests of Iraq and its people, and what is a reason for calm in the region in general through Iraq's sponsorship of the dialogue table between the parties, whether Tehran and the Gulf states, including Tehran and the United States.
    The state of balance adopted by Mr. Al-Sudani in his policy towards foreign issues has greatly borne fruit in the state of political stability in the country, despite the chaos that prevailed prior to the formation of his government. However, the formation of this government was the fastest since 2003, and this government came out with a very easy labor and in a record time. He has a position on the survival of the American forces in the country, which should be the basic and main position of Parliament, away from any political pressure exerted here or there.
    The biggest and most prominent danger that threatens the Iraqi state remains the rampant corruption that has begun to hit the important pillars of the state and reaches the political leaders, which is one of the negative legacies of the American intervention in Iraq, and helped to form a layer of billionaires in it, as it reaches monthly between one billion and two billion dollars in funds. From the US Federal Bank to support it in the salaries of its employees, and to provide capital for projects and foreign trade agreements, so an environment was provided for the corrupt to steal and manipulate money until the case reached the embezzlement of two and a half billion in a deal described as the strongest and most corrupt in the current century.
    What remains important are the steps taken by the government of Mr. Al-Sudani in reforming the political and governmental system, expelling the corrupt, returning smuggled funds abroad, strengthening the economy, and other work programs that he undertook during his prime ministership, and the extent of his ability to fulfill these pledges. The most daring question will remain in The possibility of Mr. Al-Sudani's government to overthrow the big heads of corruption in record time, away from political pressure, and that the Iraqi people are waiting for these steps to complete their way and salvation with them.
