The prices of “foreign and Iraqi” gold decreased in the local markets in the capital, Baghdad, today, Tuesday, (March 21, 2023).
Also, gold prices in the wholesale markets on Al-Nahr Street in the capital, Baghdad, recorded this morning. The selling price for one 21-carat weight of Gulf, Turkish and European gold amounted to 428 thousand dinars, and the purchase price was 424 thousand dinars, while the prices on Monday were 432 thousand dinars for one weight.
In addition, the selling price of one 21-carat weight of Iraqi gold also recorded a decrease at 398 thousand dinars, and the purchase price reached 394 thousand.
With regard to gold prices in goldsmiths' shops, the selling price of a 21-carat Gulf gold weight ranges between 430,000 and 440,000 dinars, while the selling price of an Iraqi gold weight ranged between 405,000 and 410,000 dinars.. One mithqal of gold is equal to (five grams). .
